Court No.2 of Taraz found Nursultan Saugabayev guilty of aiding and abetting theft after 350 million tenge was withdrawn from a children's hospital account. At the same time, the court separately noted violations in the organisation of access to computers, internet banking and electronic digital signatures (EDS) at the medical facility.

In the auls of Shenbertal and Kurylis in the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region, a mass mortality of cattle has been recorded. According to the veterinary department, laboratory tests have identified theileriosis, piroplasmosis, and leptospirosis in 51 of the deceased animals. On 22 July, specialists from the veterinary control and supervision committee of the Ministry of Agriculture travelled to the district.

Courts in two regions have already placed a seizure on the goods and property of the defendant. And this is far from the first such dispute. In 2022, 456 million tenge in damages were already recovered from the elevator.

After registering an LLP in Kazakhstan, entrepreneurs receive calls from private companies claiming to represent state agencies, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The editorial board of FBRK sent a request to the ministry and received a rather evasive response. Meanwhile, at an SCC briefing, representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry reported that they receive 9,000 requests annually regarding personal data protection, yet only 180 cases have reached court over the past two years.

The sentence for sodomy is being appealed due to questions over the evidence in Pavlodar region.
