The accountant of a kindergarten in Syrym district of West Kazakhstan Region (WKR) is suspected of illegally transferring more than 30 million tenge of budgetary funds to her own bank accounts. The additional payments were received by her over a period of five years.

Court No.2 of Taraz found Nursultan Saugabayev guilty of aiding and abetting theft after 350 million tenge was withdrawn from a children's hospital account.
