President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in the 8th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan. At the meeting, the Head of State outlined key areas of regional co-operation, including trade, artificial intelligence (AI), transport, water resources and humanitarian co-operation.

Journalists also reported on the participation of Pin-Up representatives in a partner conference in the Polish capital and mentioned the Russian Ivan Bryksin, whose name features in Ukrainian criminal proceedings linked to the activities of GGPoker/PokerOK.

The son-in-law of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev – Otabek Umarov obtained citizenship of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in April 2023, when he held the position of deputy head of the presidential security service. During the same period, Uzbekistan's legislation prohibited servicemen of this service from holding citizenship of another country.

A public conflict has erupted around Kazakhstan's largest semi-wild saiga breeding project in the Korgalzhyn district of the Akmola region. The trigger was statements by hunter and public activist Batyr Seikenov, who questioned the legality of certain aspects of the project's implementation. The editors of FB RK examined the documents, compared them with public statements from both sides, and visited the territory of the nursery.
