Within the first phase of the "Data Centre Valley" project in Ekibastuz, a contract worth 196.4 billion tenge has been signed for the construction of a data processing centre. The supplier under the contract is JSC "Transtelecom".

Aida Balayeva denied the construction of villas on Kok-Zhaylau

AFM has completed its investigation into a criminal case concerning an alleged scheme involving the false verification of construction experience for participation in public procurement. According to the investigation, forged documents were submitted via the 'Electronic Depository' system, which gave companies unfair advantages when taking part in tenders.

Despite a criminal verdict having entered into force, acknowledging the fact of fraud and requiring the return of the land, the civil courts ultimately refused to satisfy the claim.

Audit of state support for the AIC reveals violations worth 300 billion tenge in Kazakhstan

In 2023–2024, an audit of financing for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) revealed violations totalling around 300 billion tenge, including 32 billion tenge in direct budget losses. The inspection showed systemic problems in the mechanisms of subsidies, investment lending and microfinancing. Following the audit, the Government instructed that approaches to state support for the AIC be reviewed and that control be strengthened.

The Agency for Civil Service Affairs has confirmed violations in the veterinary committee of the Ministry of Agriculture.
