Developer Moldir Suyunshali is suspected of raising 3.9 billion tenge for the Nura Elite project

The Financial Monitoring Agency (FMA) is investigating a case against the head of several construction companies, Moldir Suy unshali. She is suspected of large-scale fraud in attracting citizens' funds to the Nura Elite cottage town project in Astana.

The leader of the "Baitaq" party was not allowed into Russia and was sent back to Kazakhstan.

Azamatkhan Amirtayev, chairman of the Baitak party, reported that he was denied passage through border control in Russia and sent back to Kazakhstan. According to him, the trip was related to attending a congress of environmental parties, which was scheduled to take place on 26 April.

The Specialised Inter-District Economic Court of Kostanay Region upheld a claim by a state body against a contractor for the recovery of over 266 million tenge in damages. The grounds were improper performance of a school construction contract and the subsequent collapse of the sports hall roof. The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force.

The Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has completed an internal investigation into the conflict between the head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sport of the Karaganda Region, Serik Sapiyev, and his deputy, Dauren Yesimkhanov. Based on the findings of the investigation, it was determined that the head of the department’s actions show signs of violating the requirements of the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants. The materials have been submitted for review to the Ethics Council.

Environmentalists have identified the source of contamination in the ditches with pink-red water in the city of Makinsk, Akmola Region. Following an inspection, responsibility has been placed on a local industrial enterprise — Makinsk Thermal Insulation Plant LLP. An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the company, and the materials have been sent to court.

The date of the first launch of "Baiterek" for 90.8 billion tenge remains unknown

The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of Kazakhstan has not given an exact date for the first rocket launch from the "Baiterek" complex. Meanwhile, 81.3 billion tenge of the 90.8 billion tenge allocated to the project has already been spent.
