The Financial Monitoring Agency (FMA) has completed its investigation into a case of property damage arising from the procurement of medicines in Kazakhstan. According to the investigation, the damage to the budget amounted to 3.7 billion tenge, and the amount of cash withdrawn exceeded 4 billion tenge.

At Almaty International Airport, a 20-year-old foreign national has been detained after approximately 11 kg of hashish oil was seized from him. A criminal case has been opened, and the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility (TDF).
