The Supreme Audit Chamber has summarised the results of certification of state auditors for the second quarter of 2026. Following four meetings of the National Commission, 41 candidates received the qualification of state auditor, and a further three were awarded the qualification of state auditor of the highest category.

The prosecutor's office has declared unlawful an inspection of Qazaq Kaolin, the company implementing the construction project of a mining and processing plant in the Akmola region. Three administrative proceedings against the company have also been discontinued.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Alibek Moldagaliyev as chairman of the Aktobe Regional Court. Ministry of Agriculture has announced the results of the tender for chemical treatment of agricultural land against locusts in 2026. According to the procurement results, around 95% of the value of the awarded lots, totalling more than 1.7 billion tenge, went to a single supplier — sole trader "Bagzhan". Earlier, market participants had submitted objections to the requirements of the tender documentation, but the customer left the conditions unchanged.

The duty to preserve nature is enshrined in the new Constitution of Kazakhstan.

This was announced by Kaisar Aryn, head of the Debt Management Department of the Audit Directorate of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SRC MF).
