In the first quarter of 2026, the consumer protection committee of the Ministry of Trade and Integration reviewed over 22,000 citizen complaints. As a result of its work, consumer rights were upheld to the sum of 405 million tenge.

The document establishes the procedure for examining complaints, and also regulates the procedures for suspending activities and removing from the register.
