In the court of the Ulytau region, four jurors were identified who, it is claimed, should not have taken part in the hearing of a criminal case concerning torture. After this, the jury was disbanded, and the materials were sent to the prosecutor's office for investigation.

Five residents of Kostanay have been found guilty by a court of large-scale fraud. They were accused of selling a batch of cigarettes to a businessman, in which polystyrene foam and sand were found instead of the product. The court sentenced each of them to 3 years of restriction of liberty with full probation supervision.

Over 50 children with measles have been hospitalised in Astana
