Court No.2 of Taraz found Nursultan Saugabayev guilty of aiding and abetting theft after 350 million tenge was withdrawn from a children's hospital account. The auditor was appointed after the reporting date, which prevented confirmation of the accuracy of inventories and fixed assets. The company lost a court case to the internal state audit committee over a debt of 395.4 million tenge and was granted an instalment plan. Revenue from the fuel segment fell by 44% over the year.
