One of the co-founders of the NetUtilSboru movement, Vladimir Kim, has announced his departure from the group, relinquishing his administrative powers and ending his participation in public activity. He made this decision after an incident at the border, where, in his words, he unexpectedly encountered a temporary ban on leaving Kazakhstan.

From 4 September, a state of emergency has been introduced in the Oyok administrative district of the Irkutsk municipal district due to an outbreak of lumpy skin disease in cattle. Astana Airport refused to answer the Federal Bureau for Countering Corruption’s (FBRC) request concerning violations totalling 395.4 million tenge, citing a deficiency in the documents. After complaints to several agencies and a chain of referrals, the airport eventually sent a response, but continued to insist on its previous formal position, even though the Ministry of Culture and Information had by that point explicitly stated that the law contains no such requirement.
