At a briefing in the Central Communications Service, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture stated that they were working closely with the FAO and used the term "area of distribution." Courts in two regions have already placed a seizure on the goods and property of the defendant. And this is far from the first such dispute. In 2022, 456 million tenge in damages were already recovered from the elevator.
