Government agencies have submitted official responses following complaints about the slaughterhouse in the Almaty region.

Official responses from government bodies regarding the situation with the slaughterhouse in the village of Panfilovo, Almaty Region, have shown what violations were identified at the facility and what measures have already been taken. At the same time, some agencies reported that they had not conducted an inspection for reasons provided for by legislation.

The Financial Monitoring Agency (FMA) has reported the identification of schemes involving the fictitious registration of around 140,000 citizens to medical organisations and the entry of false information about medical services provided. According to the agency, this led to the illegal receipt of funding from the Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF). The established damage exceeds 3.5 billion tenge.

The Border Guard Service of the KNBS prevented more than 2,000 violations worth 3.9 billion tenge in July.

In July 2026, the Border Service of the National Security Committee (BS NSC) reported the detention of 4,975 violators of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the border area and the prevention of 2,476 cases of illegal movement of goods and cargo across the state border. The Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan audited the activities of JSC "Centre for Electronic Finance" for 2020–2024.
