In Kazakhstan, an operational meeting was held on the current situation at the road checkpoints across the state border. Participants discussed the organisation of traffic flow and measures to speed up the passage of motor vehicles.

The Financial Monitoring Agency (FMA) has prepared new rules for escorting detainees and persons held in custody. The draft provides for continuous video recording of transportation, GPS control of special vehicles, a ban on the use of personal phones by escorts, and three levels of convoy.

In it, the author drew attention to long-standing audit qualifications, a retrospective adjustment of more than 32 billion tenge, an increase in advances to suppliers to 463 billion tenge, and other indicators which, in his view, require further examination.

A resident of Astana has stated that she was unable to obtain a driving licence after successfully passing the practical exam. According to her, the system did not record the completion of the route due to a technical fault, after which the exam results were invalidated. Later, the fact of the malfunction was confirmed by an official inspection.

The family of the deceased Nuray Serikbai filed a motion in court to recover from the defendant compensation for material and moral damage totalling more than 10 billion tenge. Material damage is assessed at 14,739,065 tenge, and moral damage at 10 billion tenge.

Residents of Temirtau have spoken out against the possible dismantling of the metal tank installed in the courtyard of house No. 3 in the 9th microdistrict more than 35 years ago. After discussion of the situation, the city mayor Sapar Satayev stated that the question of dismantling the object is not currently on the agenda, and no decisions have been made regarding its removal.

JSC "Halyk Insurance Company" received 43 administrative fines totalling 19.03 million tenge between January and July 2026. Most of the penalties relate to the untimely payment of insurance claims.
