The delivery of Stadler passenger carriages for JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", planned for December 2025, has been delayed. Specialised Inter-district Criminal Court of Pavlodar Region (SMUS) found the defendant guilty under Article 120, Part 3-1, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CC RK) — rape with the use of violence against a minor. The court sentenced him to 16 years' imprisonment. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
