A citizen received a document via e-Otinish relating to someone else's application, along with a response from the Prosecutor General's Office.
After receiving a response to his enquiry through the state e-Otinish system, a citizen found among the files sent to him an internal document that related to a completely different enquiry. The document contained information about third parties unconnected with his case.
