JSC "Industrial Development Fund" has announced the payment of dividends on ordinary shares for 2021 and 2022 totalling 15.3 billion tenge. At the same time, the fund will issue 7,648 new shares worth 15.3 billion tenge, which will be bought out by its parent company — the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. The Government of Kazakhstan has allocated 20.78 billion tenge for the national referendum on 15 March. The majority of the budget will go to the Central Election Commission (CEC) and the payment of 71,000 commission members, with the remaining funds used to organise voting and operate 80 overseas polling stations via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In total, 10,413 polling stations will open, with 12.4 million citizens registered on the electoral rolls. Previously, the costs were estimated at 20.8 billion tenge.
