Police have identified widespread violations of traffic rules by participants in a wedding cortege in the Ulytau region. Following the inspection, eight vehicles were sent to the impound lot, and 22 administrative reports were filed against those involved.

At the same time, the MVD stated that a number of disciplinary offences had decreased, while the number of reports of attempted bribery had increased.

The cassation court overturned the application of amnesty for the convicted person in the case of embezzlement of budget funds in the Atyrau region and reinstated the original sentence of 7 years' imprisonment. Previously, the court of first instance had reduced the sentence after applying amnesty.

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) has resumed receiving oil from shippers and operations for its loading via the marine terminal at the port of Novorossiysk.
