Over 22 billion tenge in administrative fines have been written off in Kazakhstan
On 1 July, the Head of State signed the Law on Amnesty, timed to coincide with the adoption of the new Constitution. For the first time in the history of independent Kazakhstan, an administrative amnesty was carried out, affecting around 590,000 people.
