According to the press service of the Almaty Police Department, the incident occurred on a children's playground in the residential complex and was captured by CCTV cameras.
The released footage shows a man approaching children before pushing one of the boys. As a result, the child sustained bodily injuries.

As reported by Almaty Police Department, the suspect turned out to be a resident of this residential complex. According to preliminary data, his actions were prompted by a conflict between the children during play, after which the man decided to sort matters out himself.
