The head of JSC "Kazakhtelecom", Bagdat Musin, refused to answer a question about the quality of communication and rising tariffs, which was put to him by journalist Zhaniya Urankayeva outside the Majilis building. The head of the national company described this format of communication as unethical and offered to approach him separately.
