President Tokayev responded to criticism of Kazakhstan as a "Fine-stan".
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev commented on criticism of the state’s legal policy and stated that the country will continue to adhere to the ‘Law and Order’ course. The head of state also commented on the use of the expressions ‘Fine-stan’ and ‘Penalty-stan’ in reference to Kazakhstan.
