A shepherd in the Zhetysu region has come under investigation following the disappearance of livestock worth 46 million tenge.
In the Eskeldi district of the Zhetysu region, police have solved a case involving the disappearance of 39 head of purebred 'Alatau' cattle. The damage is estimated at over 46 million tenge. A 45-year-old herdsman, who had been grazing the animals for 17 years, has been detained on suspicion. All the cattle have been returned to the owner, and the investigation is ongoing.
