The list of discrediting misconduct by civil servants has been defined in Kazakhstan
In Kazakhstan, amendments are being considered that would expand the list of discrediting offences for civil servants. This could include drug use, drink-driving, and participation in gambling. It is also proposed to recall employees from study leave without their consent in the event of violations, and to withhold social benefits if injuries are linked to alcohol, drugs, or a criminal offence.
