The ARRFR is discussing the use of AITU for communicating with clients in Kazakhstan
The ARRFR has required financial companies in Kazakhstan to switch their communications with clients to the Aitu messenger in order to protect personal data. The initiative is being implemented on the instructions of the presidential administration and has raised concerns among market participants regarding the reliability of the service, potential costs, and its limited audience. Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had ordered a verification of data on the number of platform users.
