WHAT VIOLATIONS WERE IDENTIFIED
According to the prosecutor's office of the Ulytau region, violations were identified during an inspection of the allocation and use of land plots.
In the Zhanaarka district, a case of illegal allocation of an agricultural land plot with an area of 169 hectares and a value of 334 million tenge was established.
WHAT WAS FOUND IN ZHEZKAZGAN
In Zhezkazgan, 29 land plots with a total area of 2.9 hectares and a value of 96 million tenge were identified, which had not been returned to state ownership after the expiration of the temporary land use period.
Furthermore, a case of illegal allocation of a commercial land plot worth 11 million tenge was established.
WHAT IS THE RESULT OF THE INSPECTION
Following the review of the prosecutor's oversight acts, 31 land plots with a total value of 443 million tenge have been returned to state ownership.
The prosecutor's office noted that work to ensure compliance with land legislation and protect state interests in the sphere of land relations is ongoing.
