A prisoner committed extortion via video link straight from a penal colony in Petropavlovsk
A convicted prisoner who has been serving his sentence in a penal colony since 2011 became an accomplice to a new extortion racket without leaving the correctional institution. The court handed him a final sentence of 8 years' imprisonment for his part in a crime he committed via video call.
