A man has died in a police station after being detained in the Pavlodar region.
On 11 August, 37-year-old Rinat died at the GRES-2 police station, having previously been detained near a house in the village of Solnechny, Pavlodar region. The man's relatives disagree with the suicide version and are raising questions about the reasons for his detention and the circumstances of what happened.
