Pensioners from Pavlodar, acting on the instructions of fraudsters, set off a firecracker in a bank branch.
Two elderly people were injured after a pyrotechnic device was set off in a branch of Halyk Bank in Pavlodar. According to the police, the pensioners followed the instructions of telephone scammers, who persuaded them to ignite a firecracker placed inside a cake.
