European benefactors paid for the sterilisation of animals in Petropavlovsk
In Petropavlovsk, an international charitable campaign to sterilise and neuter domestic and stray cats and dogs is drawing to a close. The programme is fully funded by the Fondation Brigitte Bardot from France and the German organisation Tierschutz Entwicklungshilfe e.V.
