The cable caught fire on the LRT tracks in Astana
On 2 July, a cable fire occurred on the section between the Syǧanaq and Bäjterek stations in Astana. Due to the incident, LRT train services were temporarily suspended; after the fire was extinguished and the infrastructure inspected, they were fully restored.
