SCAT aircraft made an emergency landing in Taraz due to a severe thunderstorm in Shymkent.

A SCAT Airlines flight on the Almaty–Shymkent route was unable to land immediately in Shymkent due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions. The crew decided to divert to an alternate airport in Taraz, where the aircraft waited for around an hour and a half for the weather to improve.
