Residents of the Almaty region received three years each for kidnapping a girl for marriage.
Three residents of the Almaty region have been found guilty of abducting a 19-year-old woman from the Zhambyl region with the aim of forcing her into marriage. The court sentenced each of the convicted individuals to 3 years in prison.
