A resident of Taraz has posted a video which, she claims, shows faeces floating in the shared swimming pool at a local leisure complex. After the post was published, the management of the complex stated that the contamination had been promptly removed and the pool had been fully cleaned.

The author of the post on Threads reported that visitors to the pool at the WaterVill leisure centre in Taraz had discovered faeces in the water and immediately informed the staff.
According to the woman, the manager only approached after being alerted, but visitors were not asked to leave the water. She claims that small children continued to swim, and after the contamination was removed, the pool continued to operate as normal.

After the video was shared, the management of the leisure complex published an official comment.
According to the management, the incident involved a small child. The complex stated that after the contamination was discovered, staff promptly removed it, completely replaced the water, and carried out cleaning and disinfection of the pool in accordance with sanitary requirements.
The management noted that such situations, despite their unpleasant nature, sometimes occur in public pools.
