The family of the head of the administration of the Kokshetau city court, Ayan Duisekov, has appealed to state bodies demanding a thorough investigation into the circumstances of his death. Relatives claim possible moral and psychological pressure on the man during the last months of his work.
WHAT THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED SAID
Those close to 27-year-old Ayan Duisekov believe that during his time working at the court he was subjected to moral and psychological pressure. Relatives also describe the disciplinary penalty applied to the man as unfair.
According to the family, Duisekov worked a great deal, including at weekends and outside working hours. Relatives describe him as a responsible employee who was developing professionally and planned to become a judge in the future.
"He did not look for easy paths – through his work, knowledge and devotion to the profession he gradually achieved professional growth," says a post on Threads.
After his death he left behind a wife and two children — one child is one year old, the other is three years old.
WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THE OFFICIAL FLAT
Separately, the family asks for an investigation into circumstances related to the official housing. According to relatives, Ayan Duisekov lived in an official flat for several months, after which the question of his forced eviction arose.
The appeal also contains a request to give a legal assessment of the actions of two officials — Smagulova D. and Karimova G.Ye. — and also to establish whether there was pressure, unlawful or unfounded demands, violations of labour rights and other circumstances which, in the family's opinion, could have affected Ayan Duisekov's psychological state and the tragedy that occurred.

According to the police department (PD) of Akmola region, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the incident. Law enforcement officers are carrying out the necessary investigative actions and establishing all the circumstances of the death.
