In France, the family registered a company, which owns property on the peninsula of Antibes.

A company named SCI IAMD was registered in France, through which an apartment in the elite residential complex Parc du Cap was acquired.
The company was registered in January 2026 at the address of the residential complex. According to cadastral data, SCI IAMD is among the property owners at this address. The authorised capital of the company is €1,000.
The shares are distributed as follows: Aigerim Ashimbayeva owns 40%, and each of the three children owns 20%.

According to Antikor, the total value of the confiscated property was €8.5 million (4.2 billion tenge). It was later reported that some of these assets were put up for sale.
